Visa Fee : HKD$400 (cash only, the Office does not accept HKD1,000 note for payment.)
Requirements:
- Passport must be valid more than 6 months with blank pages.
- Application form must be filled in online ( https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw) , then print it out for 2 pages. The applicant has to sign on the 2nd page, and signature must be same as the passport.
- Two recent photos with white background
- Employment Contract
- The employer’s HKID
- Domestic Helper’s HKID
- Domestic Helper’s valid HK visa
- Air ticket booking reference
- “Letter of Guarantee” signed by the employer
- The domestic helper must travel together with the employer or the employer’s immediate family member on the same flight and same day. If travelling with the immediate family member, please provide the approval of relationship, e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate etc.
- According to the Immigration’s rules and regulations, if the domestic helper doesn’t take the same flight with the employer on the same day, the Immigration will not allow helper’s entrance till the assurance of the employer’s arrival. Otherwise, the helper will be repatriated.
- For all the documents must provide the original and copies upon submission.
