Requirements:
1. Passport must be valid more than 6 months with blank pages.
2. Application form must be filled in online ( https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw) ,
then print it out for 2 pages. The applicant has to sign on the 2nd page, and
signature must same as his/her passport.
3. Two recent photos with white background
4. Employment Contract
5. The employer’s HKID
6. Domestic Helper’s HKID
7. Domestic Helper’s valid HK visa
8. Air ticket booking reference
9. “Letter of Guarantee” signed by the employer

Remarks：
1. The domestic helper must travel together with his/her employer or the employer’s immediate family member. If travelling with the immediate family member of the employer, please provide the approval of relationship documents. (e.g marriage certificate, birth certificate etc.)
2. According to the Immigration’s rules and regulations, if the domestic helper doesn’t take the same flight with the employer, the Immigration will not accept his/her entrance till the assurance of the employer’s arrival. Otherwise, the helper will be repatriated.
3. For all the documents must provide the original and copies upon submission.
