為配合防疫政策，自即日起巴基斯坦及阿富汗人士申辦赴台簽證時，須提供一年內曾接受口服活性減毒小兒麻痺病毒疫苗（OPV）或注射不活化病毒疫苗（IPV）之證明，該接種記錄得由醫院或醫療保健單位出具之黃皮書（Yellow Book）佐證。

Notice

Regarding the international spread of poliovirus constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC), the visitors from Afghanistan and Pakistan are requested to provide Yellow Book which is issued by hospital or medical institution to prove had been received a dose of oral poliovirus vaccine (OPV) or inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV) within 12 months prior before applying the visa.
